4/5 students were challenged with getting their payload safely to the surface by designing and building a lander that protects a raw egg that's dropped from up high. Stay tuned to see whose crafts were able to best protect their egg passenger when we drop them from the stadium bleachers next week!

This morning our Senior Class took their final walk in the hallways of Waynesfield-Goshen where they were applauded by their teachers, families & fellow students. Congratulations to the Class of 2024! We will see you all Sunday at the Graduation Ceremony.

Mrs. Barrington's 8th Grade Science students put their knowledge of potential and kinetic energy to work by building Paper Marble Roller Coasters!

The annual W-G FFA Ag Day was held on May, 8th featuring live animals, farm equipment and a flower transplanting demonstration sponsored by Lazy Day Farms. Elementary students all received a flower to take home!

Our teachers and staff took some time to plan and allow for a Mental Health Day for our Junior High and High School students here at W-G!


Waynesfield-Goshen held Career Day and had local businesses come in and talk career path options with our students! Thank you to everyone that took time out of their days to come and speak to our students!

Last week the preschool students participated in Science Day! The preschool teachers, aides and Mrs. Junkin's all presented an experiment to the students. Students made a rain cloud, predicted if things would sink or float, talked about the parts of the butterfly then made a paper butterfly float with a magnet, experimented with bubbles and worked together to make a marble run!


Chloe, Addison & Lincoln attended the BGSU Junior High Honor Band. 370 students from Ohio and Michigan attended the event. Way to represent Waynesfield-Goshen!

As Staff Appreciation Week comes to an end, we once again salute the entire staff here at Waynesfield-Goshen for all that they do in making every year around here great!

Custodial Staff - the quiet heroes of the school, the first ones to arrive each day, the ones that clean up messes that no one dares to touch and most importantly, the ones who befriend everyone that passes by - THANK YOU !!

All events at tonight's NWCC track meet have been cancelled and will take place on Saturday. Details on the schedule for Saturday will be released later.
The NWCC track meet at Hardin Northern is currently under a 30 minute lightning delay. More updates to come...
