Tony and Sabrina from P.A.S.S presented Catch My Breath, a vape education program, to Mrs. Kinstle's 6th grade Social Studies classes. They made Warning Signs to encourage others to not start vaping.

Some of W-G's students took a trip with Mr. Schnippel to the Auglaize County Soil Judging earlier this morning.

The Third graders walked to the Whites Memorial Library yesterday. They were able to check out 3 books to read!

Our new lunch payment system is now live. You can sign up to access your child's account via www.payschoolscentral.com. In order to sign up, you will need your child's Student ID number. That number can be found in Final Forms or by calling the school office.
Mrs. Casey's class has been hard at work with learning routines & learning new skills such as patterns & syllables. They are learning letters, cutting, gluing & following directions. Today they put skills to the test & made pumpkins for their first classroom door of the year!

Miss Chaney was up next for her good behavior “punch card" reward. She also chose to eat lunch with her teacher yesterday. Keep up the good work Chaney!

Yesterday in the third grade, we had Lori Now and Beth Miller from Auglaize County Extension Educator, 4-H Youth Development visit our students to talk to them about germs and how germs spread.

Our Kindergarten students chose what they want to be when they grow up. They worked with Mrs. Junkins in the MakerDen to make greenscreens relating to that career! Some kiddos even chose to dress up as their occupation! They had a great time celebrating Labor Day at school!





Sabrina and Lily from P.A.S.S. presented Lifelines, a mental health program, to Mrs. Kinstle's 6th grade Social Studies classes this week. Students watched videos and did role-plays to practice identifying warning signs.

The Kindergarten classes checked out the local library ! Everyone is already excited to go back. Please be sure to visit the local library if you get a chance!

If you are planning on having a float in the Homecoming Parade this year, the attached form needs to be filled out and turned into the HS office by Monday, September 25th! We will start lining up the floats around 6:15pm. The powder puff game will follow the parade, per usual.

WG students took on the deadlift challenge from our military recruiters! Many students completed deadlifts ranging from 135 pounds to 315 pounds. At WG, we love to support those in the military!


What a better way to end Football Friday than with a K-12 pep rally ! Our youth cheerleaders were also able to do a couple of cheers with the high school cheerleaders.

Mrs. Wildermuth's kindergarteners have “punch cards” for good behavior. Earlier this week Raelynn’s card was full and she chose to eat lunch with her teacher today. Way to go Raelynn!

The WG Golf team participated in the NWCC Golf Match for round two yesterday!

STEM students created new programs on block canvases, controlling speed, heading, and duration variables. In a friendly competition, students executed their program to get as close as possible to the wall without touching it. Great work guys!
